Individual Coaching Programmes
During this journey, we will evaluate your current lifestyle and habits, develop a wellness vision and set SMART goals. You will be provided with the necessary knowledge and resources to identify and support your new choices, lifestyle behaviours and habits. If necessary we will also explore possible barriers and how to overcome these. Follow up communication and support is also available after each session depending on the programme of choice.
Key focus areas include: Self Care, Work life Integration, Men’s Health, Stress & Burnout.
Individual programmes are available over 4, 6 or 8 sessions.
